
Red Curry with Tofu
A yummy red curry dish served with rice and tofu
Equipment
- 2 Saucepans
- 1 Air Fryer or frying pan
- 1 Stirring Spoon heat proof
- 1 Measuring Jug
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Red Curry Paste Ayam Brand
- 1 cup Jasmin Rice
- 500 g Tofu Macro Firm
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce Ayam Brand
- 270 ml Coconut milk Ayam Brand
- 0.5 tbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Chop Tofu into small cubes
- Cook Tofu for 10 mins in air fryer
- Add red curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar and 0.5 cups of water to a saucepan on low heat allow to simmer for 5 minutes
- Add rice with 1.5 cups of water into a separate saucepan on medium heat cook for ten minutes with lid on
- Add the fried tofu to red curry sauce and continue to simmer for 10 minutes
- Turn off the heat for the rice and allow to sit with lid on for at least 10 minutes
- Plate nicely and eat!
